Product

Is this a free service?

We offer 100 Credits for all new signups. Those credits can be used to test our services before committing to any purchase decision.

Where is all your data gathered from?

We integrate with a variety of services including Google's own APIs to aggregate all of our data. Additionally, we have our own internal collection services running to keep everything up to date.

Can store/cache the data locally?

Whether you're using our website or the API, any data you get from us is yours to use. Feel free to cache and use the data as you see fit as long as it is in line with our Terms of Service.

Is there a way I can request new features to be added?

Well yes of course. If you have any ideas or would like to request feature additions, simply contact us on any of our listed social channels or email and we'll try to make it happen.

Accounts

How is my personal data protected?

As we clearly state in our privacy policy, we don't collect any data about you other than service usage related parameters. At any point you can close/delete your account and that data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Payments

How is the service priced and what payment options do you offer?

You can read more about our pricing model here. Everything is based around credits. We offer Subscriptions or PAYG (one time fee). You can pick whichever model works for you.

What are credits?

We offer a wide range of services. Every tool/service has its own credit cost associated with it.

Example: 4,000 credits will give you 4,000 keyword checks in our SEO keyword checker tool.

How long do credits last for?

Credits/Tokens purchased accumulate in your account and only expire if more than 6 months have passed since the date of your last payment.

Example: If you bought 4,000 Credits in January, those tokens will not expire until June. If you decide to refill your account with an additional 4,000 tokens by April, the cumulative (8,000) token expiry date will be set to October.

What's the difference between PAYG and Subscription?

The only difference between the two models is how we handle recurring payments. For PAYG you only pay once, meanwhile a Subscription plan is charged monthly.

In terms of Credits/Tokens, both payment options give the same amount per dollar spent. We decided to price it this way in order to offer you flexibility rather than trying to maximize our revenue.

API Access

How can I access your API?

Our API requires you to use an API key which you can find in your account's settings page. There is no difference between using our service through the site or the API. See our API documentation here.

How is the API priced?

The website and API are identical in terms of cost. When you fire a request to our API server(s) your tokens get deducted the same way they would if you were to use the same tool via our website. You can read more about our API offering here.
